We are pleased to announce an immediate opening in our Boca Raton, FL office for a Mid-level Surveyor/Scientist. This position has tremendous growth and career development potential for a proficient Surveyor or Coastal Scientist.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Review applicable regulations that may impact project scope.
• Communication of technical concepts, evaluation results, plans, reports, etc. via oral and written reporting; and ensure conformance to applicable technical standards as well as company policies and procedures.
• Assist with oversite and collection of survey data.
• Prepare technical reports and data products with minimal oversite.
• Assist with proposal and bid development.
• Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must have 3-5+ years of related experience with an emphasis on Land and/or Coastal Hydrographic Survey.
• Geomatics, Coastal Science Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must be able to travel within the United States.
• Proficient with field data collection and processing of hydrographic, topographic, boundary, and other survey tasks.
• Mid-size (<30') boat handling and comfortable with on-water duties (swimming, wading, boating, etc.)
• Proficient with RTK GNSS including collection and post-processing.
• Proficient with Single Beam and Mulitbeam Sonars and Hypack Software.
• Proficient with Total Stations and other conventional land survey.
• Proficient with Trimble Business Center and Static survey processing (OPUS, TBC, Ect.).
