Job Summary: Provides diagnostic and therapeutic services and makes appropriate referrals as necessary to clients of all ages with an emphasis on pediatric and family care who are exhibiting mental health-related disorders.

Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to determine their specific mental health needs. Then develop and implement treatment plans to address these issues.

• Maintain accurate documentation and write reports detailing initial evaluation, progress, treatment, and discharge information in a timely manner

• When applicable, in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team, plan and evaluate team goals for each patient as well as advice, consult, and instruct the team in specific mental health modalities and interventions.

• Monitor patients’ progress continually and make treatment plan adjustments when needed

• Educate patients and their family members on mental health-related topics

• Perform administrative duties, including case management activity, scheduling, lesson plan creation, paperwork filing, etc.

• Participate in continuing education courses, additional training, conferences, and other activities designed to further develop your clinical skills

Job Skills & Qualifications

Required:

• Hold a current license or be eligible to hold a license in the state of Montana as an LCSW, LCPC, or equivalent

• Ability to work well with diverse populations

• Enjoyment of collaboration with families, teammates, and community partners

• Ability to pass a background check

• Current driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle

• Current CPR/ First Aid certification preferred or completed within 90 days of hire
