Position Summary:

Opportunity to grow and develop a NEW company territory!

A full-time sales professional responsible for effectively applying strategic account selling and management processes through communicating information on Venous Insufficiency Disease and The Center for Vein Restoration to an appropriate group of Physician contacts and accounts.

The ideal candidate will build customer confidence and receptiveness by applying a total office call approach with a goal of developing rapport and maintaining personal relationships with physicians in private practices, medical groups and/or hospitals.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales results through superior consultative selling skills to meet and exceed all performance goals
  • Drive new patient volume through field-based efforts and outbound efforts such as phone calls to referring physician offices and non-referral event coordinators
  • Identify territory opportunities and challenges and subsequently develop and implement strategies via territory business plans to positively influence new patient volume and referrer growth
  • Communicate initial strategy for all new pipeline opportunities and work with Regional Sales Director on how to advance all such opportunities through the sales cycle
  • Educate at a high level of proficiency on CVR’s services and clinical advances, as well as all related disease state(s) and competitive differences
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key influencers and decision makers in target account base through total offices calls, daily “breakfast and learns” and “lunch and learns”, and CVR physician co-marketing
  • Organize and execute CME events and other opportunities for professional visibility both in-person and webinar-based with referring physicians and professional medical organizations
  • Actively manage territory(ies) by utilizing CVR Sales application to develop territory management plan and prioritize account calls and activities
  • Consistently demonstrate behavior and communication styles that effectively communicate the organizational expectations for professionalism and performance
  • Manage spend appropriately according to sales expense budget
  • Complete all administrative related tasks in a timely and accurate manner (i.e. expense reports, business plans, etc)

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Sales, Communications or Business Development strongly preferred
  • 1-2 years’ sales-related or other relevant experience preferred
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be willing to manage expanded territory scope, including potential multi-state coverage as needed
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus


Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of medical community and practices preferred but not required
  • Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Must be highly professional in appearance, tone, delivery and level of communication skills
  • Dedicated to follow-through and results
  • Very detail oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Flexibility as it relates to schedule, responsibilities and priorities
  • Demonstrable ability to interact with, support and positively influence referring physicians, colleagues and supervisors
  • Exceptional listening skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team
