Our busy Internal Medicine office is seeking a reliable, hardworking Phone Operator Medical Assistant to work with our fun phone room team!

Job Tasks include, but not limited to:

• Secures patient information and maintains patient confidence by completing and safeguarding medical records; completing diagnostic coding and procedure coding; keeping patient information confidential.

• Counsels patients by transmitting physician's orders.

• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing and following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.

• Answers phone calls and properly triage patient symptom.

• Bilingual is a plus!

• Must be available some evenings and weekends
