Hoboken Hospitality is looking for a Marketing Manager to help build awareness of our venues and what we offer. By working as a team, we are looking to develope and execute mew marketing strategies to maximize brand awareness and profits. Through scheduling and creating media, optimizing social media and advertising, and analyzing progress and results, we can become more organized and successful.

We’re looking for an experienced and versatile marketing manager who is eager, organized and comfortable with day-to-day as well as long-term marketing activities, and able to workwith tight deadlines and changing needs. Objectives of this Role

• Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
• Lead the execution of marketing plan from start to finish, leveraging internal support & collaboration from our team
• Creating or managing the creation of content for social media and advertisements
• Scheduling social media posts and speaking to our target audience
• Analyze customer insights, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
• Partner with email and text blast performance marketing and web teams to design or edit current practice
• Be able to present and communicate goals, results, and places where improvement is needed
• Be creative and work with a team to create ideas and promotions that can help drive business

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Education:

• Associate (Preferred)
