ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Serves as assistant to the Senior Management Analyst for management analysis and related supporting elements. Performs requirements analysis, feasibility studies, systems design, and systems evaluation. Studies report findings and recommendations to management. Applies general knowledge of the management functions, processes, and analytical methods or techniques to gather, analyze, and evaluate information required by Senior Management Analyst or project managers and customers. Experience includes assisting in drawing conclusions and devising solutions to problems relating to improvement of management effectiveness, organizational structure, work methods, and procedures efficiency, and resource management, utilization, or control. Experience in assisting in the development and maintenance of program or project milestones, progress monitoring, financial, acquisition, quality control, maintenance, or training documentation. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in management, business, or related field from an accredited college or university and three (3) years experience. Allowable Substitution: Six (6) years of combined education and experience related to management analysis functions. CONTRACT SPECIFIC DUTIES AND EXPERIENCE Must be familiar with the NAVAIR Enterprise environment and have experience with naval aviation maintenance practices.
