The overall goal of this position is to assist in the day-to-day maintenance of the apartment complex. Communication and Coordination with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager are key elements in this position. Plumbing and Electrical knowledge and experience a plus. Free housing is available if needed. *Minor Plumbing and Electrical skills a plus *Minor Repairs to Appliances and HVAC *Light Carpentry and Painting *Apartment Turnovers *Day-to-Day operations of property *Other tasks assigned by Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor *Snow removal is a required responsibility for this job *Must be able to lift 50-100 plus pounds Qualifications: * Maintenance experience necessary (experience in apartment building maintenance preferred) *You must have a positive attitude and be a team player with a neat appearance *You must have a valid PA Driver's License and reliable transportation. * Must be able to pass a background check. * Health Insurance and benefits available * 401K options after 1 year of employment * Paid time off and holidays Please submit qualifications and/or resume Must be able to work on call 24/7 for overtime pay (rotating schedule with other maintenance techs) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour Benefits: Schedule: Application Question(s): Education: Experience: License/Certification: Work Location: One location
