Maintenance Technician needed for a Multifamily HUD/Tax Credit Program Property located in Newark, DE. Responsible for the daily maintenance needs and preventative maintenance of the property ensuring the physical condition of the asset is maintained to meet the standards of the Owner, Property Management Company, and State and Local Agencies.

• Perform and document physical inspections of building and grounds
• Maintain Grounds
• Perform repairs by applying knowledge of general carpentry, plumbing and mechanics
• Unit Turnover
• Complete Work Orders
• Supervise Contractors
• Order Parts and Supplies
• Maintain Inventory
• Maintain Equipment and Tools
• Reporting to Owner/Agent
• Respond to emergencies on call

Must have a minimum of 4 years experience in this field. Candidate must maintain a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
