Job description We are looking for compassionate LPNs (Licensed Practical Nurse) to care for Catastrophic Care patients in Leesburg, VA. Job Summary: To ensure the quality and safe delivery of home care nursing services. Work as part of a health care team to assess patient needs, plan and modify care and implement interventions. LPN will assist in the provision of all home care services under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN) in accordance with Agency philosophy and established standards of home health and nursing practice. About Catastrophic Care: This in-home care division responds to the special needs of patients requiring continuous care due to a life-changing injury or chronic disease. Patients may include those with severe or multiple traumas who have suffered brain, spinal cord, pediatric or work-related injuries, post-surgical patients, or others who are chronically disabled.
