We are seeking a fun-loving and hard-working Local Delivery and Customer Service professional to join our team. A strong sense of community is key for this position. The ideal applicant will go above and beyond to cultivate a warm, inviting experience for our members and champion our mission to revolutionize the urban farming experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Primary order delivery driver for the Lettuce Grow Metro customer base
• Serve as a direct point of contact for local customer order fulfillment
• Maintain communication and coordinate projects/activities with local and remote team members.
• Manage concerns and of delivery customers with cheerful professionalism.
• Introduce strategies to improve sales.
• Maintain inter-departmental communication.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver's license (CDL not required). Motor vehicle records will be reviewed.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. packages.
• Must pass a criminal record check, DOT physical, and drug screen.
• Prior experience with floral or produce delivery strongly desired.
• 2+ years customer service experience desired.
• Previous experience working for small businesses is a plus.
• Efficiency in time management; proficient multi-tasking skills; strong awareness and adherence to deadlines.
• Ability to quickly prioritize and re-prioritize tasks as needed through a shifting work-flow; highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Demonstrated passion for sustainable farming and food.
• Passion for making a positive impact on the world!
