*** Our team is looking to hire a Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team in the Rowlett, TX area. Must have current certification from Texas Board of Vocational Nurses.***

Schedule: FT & PT shifts available, must be flexible

Responsibilities:

  • Complete Annual Physical Assessments
  • Administer medications & monitor the consumer's use of medications
  • Make sure a 72 hour supply of all medications are on hand at the Group Homes
  • Agree to be on call after office hours, as needed to assist
  • Complete Medication Training for all Direct Care Staff

Qualifications:

  • Current certification from Texas Board of Vocational Nurses
  • At least 1 year of experience in home health
  • At least 1 year of experience working with people with disabilities
  • CPR and First Aid certification required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Experience:

  • Behavioral Health/Mental Health field: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • LVN (Preferred)
  • BLS Certification (Preferred)
  • LPN (Preferred)
