Wizzology is looking for Licensed Real Estate Agents!

Wizzology is a new Real Estate Tech company, however we already have an existing footprint in the industry with our sister company, Hypotec!Hypotechas been and currently is an established leader in the Mortgage Industry for the past 15+ consecutive years! With licensing in 8+ different states (and growing!), we have solidified our position in serving communities on a national level for their purchase needs, and now we’re ready to make just as big of an impression in Real Estate!

We are currently looking for Licensed Real Estate Agents that we can fully train and provide warm leads to! Are you a newly licensed Real Estate Agent who needs training and support as you get started in your career? Look no further! Here at Wizzology, we specialize in recruiting newly licensed Real Estate Agents and developing them into their careers from day one with us. Not only do we provide the necessary training, but we also PROVIDE LEADS to ensure your success in your new career!

Some of your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
• Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities and propose solutions that suit them
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
• Accompany buyers during showings, open houses, inspections, etc.
• Assist and mediate in the negotiation processes; consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and all related matters to ensure a fair and honest dealing
• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.)
• Maintain and update listings of available properties
• Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, and home inspectors
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

To qualify, you must meet all of the below requirements:

• Active Florida Real Estate License
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proven track of a successful sales record
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service
• Positive ‘can-do’ attitude!
