Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the daily planning, management, and supervision of the classroom and children. Generally, is assisted in the classroom by an assistant teacher. Is responsible for ensuring that all parents, children, and classroom staff concerns are appropriately addressed.

Skills

• Proven experience as a Teacher
• Excellent understanding of the principles of child development and preschool educational methods
• Familiarity with safety and sanitation guidelines for classrooms
• Excellent communication and instructional skills
• Ability to act as mediator between children
• Cool-tempered, friendly and reliable
• Balance between a creative mind and a practical acumen
• Certification in child FA/CPR preferred
• BS/BA in education or relevant field preferred
