Summary of Responsibilities

Service Experts is hiring qualified HVAC Lead Installers to provide Expert service and exceed customer expectations by providing your highest quality of work on each job. We hire HVAC Installers who want their every effort to be taken accounted for in this highly supportive environment.

Qualifications of an ideal Expert

• 2+ years of HVAC lead install experience or equivalent
• Leadership abilities to lead a team of Installers and Install Helpers in the installation of residential HVAC equipment and accessories
• Effective set the expectations and properly communicate with the customers on the emphasis on the quality installation and delivery
• EPA and safety certifications
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
