The responsibility of our kitchen staff is to produce the highest quality food with precision and accuracy, continually observing and implementing the proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures.

This job opportunity is available for both full-time or part-time availability.

Prior experience as a cook, grill cook, fry cook, prep cook, line cook, chef, or restaurant crew member, team member or other restaurant experience is not required but is preferred.

General Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting our standards
• Assist in keeping the kitchen clean, hygienic and tidy, at all times
• Keep up to date with current promotions and new products
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Manager on Duty or Kitchen Supervisor
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training to include annual re-certification
• Always adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Be involved and contribute at team meetings
• Always arrive to shifts on time and be responsible for covering a shift if you cannot work it
• Carry out instructions given by the management team and operator

• Able to work on your feet for several hours at a time
• Able to lift up to 40-60 lbs
• Understand the expectation of Chick-fil-A customer service standards and operational excellence.
