The Kids Club Substitute will be responsible for providing direct supervision and appropriate planned activities for participants. This person will coordinate activities with other staff and volunteers to assure maximum amount of supervision. The Assistant is also responsible for insuring direct supervision, following the schedule, record keeping, and tutoring in order to help make the experience worthwhile for the participants. TRAVEL Some travel may be required for this position. Valid Driver’s license required WORK ENVIRONMENT The noise level is usually minimal to moderate. VOLUNTEERISM This position will engage and assist all YSS volunteers (individuals and groups) adhering to volunteer management best practices to ensure meaningful volunteer experiences. This position will maximize the skills and interests of all YSS volunteers to better impact our organization and the youth and families we serve.
