Position SummaryThe IT Senior Enterprise Storage and Monitoring Engineer will be responsible for maintaining the Enterprise Storage (Cloud and On Premise) Infrastructure configuration and availability as well as configuration of the NagIOS enterprise monitoring. Storage availability and sizing to support system application and hardware availability. The IT Senior Enterprise Storage and Monitoring Engineer will be responsible for all aspects of Server/Storage Infrastructure management and support in a dynamic production environment tracking to customer service level agreements. Key areas of service delivery include managing the environment for high availability and performance requiring precise execution of systems installations, upgrades, on-going administration and problem resolution.

Education Required

  • Must complete in-house orientation program

  • Bachelor's degree or Advanced Degree in computer science, business information systems, or equivalent 10+ experience

Experience And Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Speaks, reads and writes English

  • Experience with managing a NagIOS monitoring platform
