The senior living industry continues to grow rapidly, and so is LCB Senior Living (www.lcbseniorliving.com), located in Norwood, MA. LCB Senior Living, LLC develops, acquires, owns and manages senior living communities in the Northeast.

In this role, the Investment Analyst will report directly to the Director of Investments. Responsibilities include, performing underwriting, forecasting, and real estate investment analysis related to senior living development and acquisitions. Other responsibilities include preparation of investment proposals for investor review, assistance with compiling quarterly investor presentations, due diligence, ad hoc analysis and special projects in asset management.

Required skills:

· Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics

· 2 -4 years previous experience in a similar role

· Experience in Senior Housing/Residential Real Estate a plus

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Proven analytical and organization skills

· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment & ability to take on more tasks as they come

· Ability to think outside the box, true analytical thinker and not just process follower

· Strong Microsoft Excel skills is a must (Familiar with formulas, IE Vlookup, Match function, etc)

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Power Point and Adobe Acrobat.
