JOB PURPOSE: The Stanford Endowment is one of the largest university endowments in the country. The endowment assets are invested in a highly diversified and multi-asset class portfolio. The Accountant will be involved in a wide range of investment accounting and financial analysis activities across all investment asset classes - public equity, private equity, hedge funds, real estate, natural resources and other alternative investments. The Accountant will report to the director of Investment Accounting, and must be able to work independently and within a team environment. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION, YOU WILL BRING: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree plus six plus years of applicable experience, or combination of education and relevant work experience.
