North West Handling Systems, Inc., the Pacific Northwest's largest full line material handling distributor, is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Coordinator/Project Manager with emphasis on order entry involving a variety of product lines. This position supports outside sales within the corporate office located in Renton,WA.

• Order entry
• Inventory control
• Purchasing and tracking sales from initial order to delivery and/or installation
• Taking occasional sales calls
• Updating customers and salesmen on existing open orders
• Prepping orders for future invoicing

Pay: $48,000-$55,000+ DOE

• Order entry/management experience
• Ability to efficiently handle a high volume workload
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft office (word, excel, etc.)

• Excellent communication skills

Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience required

Additional Skills a plus:

• Working knowledge of the material handling industry
• Working knowledge of a Unix based operating system for order entry/management
