Job Description

We are currently seeking a representative to support our I-9/E-Verify Department. I-9/E-Verify Representatives provides client support on our I-9 and E-Verify Product, specifically the automation and assistance with client E-verify cases.

This is a full time position, and the available shift is 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday-Friday).

Responsibilities

• Provides client support on our I-9 and E-Verify Product, specifically the automation and assistance with client E-Verify cases.
• Provides guidance to clients, Account Management team and Sales Executives regarding proper processing.
• Reviews/assists with and completes E-Verify cases utilizing our internal systems and client extranet websites when needed.
• Works with Management, Operations teams and the Account Management team to ensure cases are being handled correctly for any client utilizing this service.
• Works within our standard E-Verify product. Reviews E-Verify cases and handles applicant/client contact during workflow.
• Works with IT to address any technical errors received on E-Verify cases and addresses with Account Management team and clients when necessary.
• Responsible for handling all incoming e-mails, calls, chats. Investigates issues to determine the proper resolution.
• Assists in handling Historical I-9 uploads for our clients. Ensures deadlines are met as set forth in the project specific SOWs. Guides validation of the entered I-9s and provides an index of I-9s.

Required Skills

• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• General proficiency in internet applications and tools
• Proficiency in M.S. Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
• Able to complete multiple tasks and a high volume of work on deadline.
• Able to edit, proofread and be detail oriented.
• Able to work under pressure and multi-task.

Education

The candidate we are seeking will have at minimum a high school diploma or equivalent.

Sign-on Bonus
