We have a current opening for an Experienced / Journeyman HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The right candidate will have excellent technical skills and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. This person must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and must also possess a high degree of integrity.

Position Summary:To provide maintenance and repairs on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience.

Pay: $52,500 $111,250 a year DOE

Required Qualifications:

• Pass background and drug screen
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Maryland Journeyman License
• 3 + years of HVAC Service experience
• Type I and Type II +EPA Certification
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams
• Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience making repair and replace decisions
• Advanced customer service skills
• NATE certifications, or acquire within one year of employment
• Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles.
• Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
• Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques.
