The Service Delivery team supports 600+ employees in 19 unique departments and executive offices. To best serve these departments, we are looking for a dynamic HR Analyst to join our team!
In this role, you will be a key member the Service Delivery team by building strong working relationships with internal partners, managing data and record compliance, executing special projects, and being the point of contact for employees’ pay and records, reporting and metrics, and validation of official HR forms and documents. All of your work will be focused through an equity lens and with the customer' service needs top of mind. You will ensure the City's treatment of employees is fair, respectful, and consistent with core business values and expectations of SHR. This is a great opportunity to be a collaborative partner in a high functioning team as we continue to our work in realigning our policies, practices and procedures, restructuring many roles and responsibilities, and designing and implementing upcoming HR programs within the Department and Citywide. Additional Information:This position is classified Personnel Analyst. Most work is performed in a normal City work/office environment but at this time the work is be performed remotely.
