We have an opening for a technical specialist with project management skills for providing technical and functional leadership in the areas of Federal financial management systems data, reporting, business development, and business intelligence solutions. HUD experience is preferred.

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
• 5+ years of Federal agency experience
• Experience managing Firm Fixed Price and T&M projects with various labor categories and resources
• Experience as a Technical Lead or Project Manager for small to mid-size IT projects involving Federal financial management and systems data, reports, analytics, business intelligence, and data warehouses
• Ability to execute daily project work; must be very hands-on
• Familiarity with SQL preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred
• Excellent communication, data analysis, and reporting skills
• Ability to interact with the Client as a key point of contact
• Ability to effectively and efficiently multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• U.S. Citizenship
• Willingness to undergo a background investigation (Social Security Number lookup, verification of education and employment history, and 7-year review of criminal history; credit check may also be required, depending on the services you will be performing)
