Job Description: The HR Operations/HRIS Manager is a process and systems visionary within the human resources organization, responsible for content generation and program and process enhancement, as well as support and maintenance of MACOM’s HR systems Cornerstone and ADP Workforce Now and management and process improvement of Compensation Programs, Benefits Administration, and Absence and Leave Management. This position serves as a technical point of contact for the HR systems, ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
The HR Operations/HRIS Manager also supports troubleshooting system issues, HRIS upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned.
