Host/Hostess Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified Host/Hostess to welcome and greet guests, direct them to their table, and handle our various cleaning and support tasks.

A good job candidate must be professional and friendly, especially when dealing with guests. Excellent service is a must for great customer experiences.

Responsibilities of a Host/Hostess :

• Welcoming, greeting and seating guests
• Answering phone calls
• Scheduling reservations
• Taking and ringing in To-Go orders with point of sale software
• Keeping the host stand and area clean and well-organized
• Providing delightful customer service
