Employment Type : Full-Time

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Welcomes guest to our brewery and restaurant
• Graciously escorts guests to their table, and provides menus to them and give a

tour of beverage book once seated

• Coordinates the operation of the dining room during meal service periods,

adjusting seating flow in such a manner as to balance guests among the various
service stations

• Takes all to-go orders and re-confirms to guest to ensure proper items are rung

into the point of sale system

• Answers telephone calls to the restaurant and take reservations

• Manages merchandise and retail inventory

• Performs open/ during/ and closing Host duties

• Performs cashier duties as needed

Physical Demands:

• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds, remain on your feet for several hours, work under

pressure, bend, reach, and stoop
