Blueridge Restaurant Group is a from-scratch upscale-casual restaurant concept that currently operates seven restaurants throughout Maryland. Each restaurant offers an open-air kitchen, a polished casual ambiance, top notch service, and understandable American cuisine that simply tastes great.

We are currently hiring Hosts and or Food Runners. We are looking for passionate, high-energy individuals to join our team and help us deliver an unforgettable dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Attitude - Optimistic, enthusiastic, and service-oriented.*Professional - Poised and professional demeanor.*Intelligence - You should be able to think quickly and comprehensively learn the food and wine menu.*

• Teamwork - Ability to work as part of a team and assistant in whatever capacity deemed necessary to ensure efficient operation of the dining room and guest experience.
• Adaptability and Availability - You should be able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. We have a variety of shifts available. However, flexibility is key. We require a minimum of three days per week and some weekend availability.

We also offer competitive compensation. Front of house employees make an average of $80 to $300 per day.
