We are a Medicare Certified, ACHC-accredited, and locally owned hospice agency based in Chandler, AZ. We are looking for a Triage Nurse to answer calls to our hospice hotline in the evenings and weekends, and see our patients as needed. The position can be full time or part time, depending on the schedule you are available. Full time positions are salaried, with paid time off, bonus, medical insurance, retirement and other benefits. Part time positions qualify for paid sick leave, bonus and retirement benefits.
Hospice experience of at least one year is desirable. We reward our staff for going above and beyond, while encouraging a fun and supportive culture at work.
Must be qualified to work as an RN or LPN in AZ.
