Position is every weekend starting at 5pm on Friday and ending at 8am on Monday.

To join our team, you will need:

• RN license to practice in the state
• Minimum of one year of RN experience, hospice experience strongly preferred

Schedule:

• Friday 5pm through Monday 8am (RN Case Manager);

Great office - Director has - longevity, stability, compassion

• Patient and family centered care
• One on one interaction wherever the patient calls home

Pay: $77,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year
