ndividual must be dependable and have experience in plumbing, carpentry, etc. You will be planning and working on renovation projects most of the time. However, you will also be expected to help with maintenance when needed. You must have reliable transportation and all of your own basic tools.

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
