Assists with and coordinates local area computer network activities and works the help desk with the responsibility of solving operator problems with the minimal amount of down time possible. Installs, modifies, and makes repairs to microcomputer hardware and software systems and provides technical assistance and training to system users. Must possess good written and verbal communication. Self-starter, 2-year computer information systems degree or equivalent work experience. Prefer A+ and MCSA certification.
