The Site Manager/Lead Staff oversees the general systems that allow those affected by intellectual disabilities to live in the community as they reach personal goals and live a meaningful life. They manage scheduling, medical needs, nutrition needs, and social/leisure balanced with necessary tasks that allow people to live successfully in the community. Some experience working with individuals with disabilities required. Being available for on-call responsibilities are necessary.The ideal candidate is also self motivating, kind, patient, creative, and organized. High School Diploma or GED required, passing State required background checks, valid driver's license and reliable vehicle, as well as proof of vehicle insurance.
