Position Summary
The purpose of this role is to lead and meet all expectations laid out by your manager ensuring we are always delivering quality material and the highest level of organization to the production team.

- Would like to see an improvement activity put in place each quarter in your areas of focus. Work with Anthony to brainstorm ideas and allocate time to implement.
Quarter Specific Goals and KA’s
- Continue to drive improvement in your current role and your department.
- Learn how to fill out paperwork & update the material board
- Learn the inside silo’s
A. turn them on B. Check weights C. Understand the material that belongs in each silo
- Learn the outside silos and outside material
- Learn to check all machines
- Material being used
- Checking percentages
- Understanding of what hoses and material is needed
- Learn to fix a clogged line/silo and how to fix the machine
- learn the cleaning process
- Learn how to tap trains without spills & making sure we have a good flow going into the silos to prevent clogs
