Graphic Designer

Personal Skills:

• Excellent Communication Skills
• Able to grasp big picture marketing/sales strategy, breakdown into manageable tasks, and execute
• Support internal day-to-day graphics requests for materials to ensure graphics quality and brand consistency
• Creatively interpret concepts and/or data into representative graphics
• Superior organizational skills
• Must have the ability to convey concepts and design through layouts and effective written and verbal communication along with strong business and analytical skills
• Ability to work creatively in a team
• Ability to independently manage projects by establishing and managing to project schedules

Role:

Develop collateral for all internal and outbound marketing efforts including, but not limited to:

• Site Graphic Content
• Presentation Decks
• Video Shorts
• Social Media Content
• Email Content
• Business Cards, Letterheads, Templates and Other Branding Elements

Education, Experience, and Technical Skills:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in graphic arts, fine arts or multimedia

Minimum 4 to 5 years graphic design work experience in a corporate creative department, agency or design studio

Specialized training in design software, (i.e. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign) required

Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and additional HTML and Wordpress knowledge required

Basic knowledge of 3D Applications, Adobe Lightroom, Premier, and/or After Effects a plus
