Würth Baer Supply is searching for a Warehouse Associate for our Distribution Center in Brooklyn Heights, OH. Join our growing and dynamic team and help us in receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping. You will interact with customers when they come to pick up their orders. You will handle customer inquiries and concerns with courtesy, respect, professionalism and a high sense of urgency. Salary based on skills & experience.

Role Responsibilities

• Process orders, locating products, handling returns
• Assist customers with loading their order onto their vehicles
• Assist with general warehouse responsibilities (receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping)
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• 1+ year of warehouse experience (receiving, picking, packing, shipping, loading/unloading trucks)
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Forklift experience

Role Characteristics

• Stands for 3 to 4 hours at a time
• Lifts up to 70 pounds
• Withstands fluctuating temperature changes
• Quickly learns new systems
