General Manager in Training - Must Be Relocatable to Locations Throughout Texas

  You have the right experience (at least 3 years in a multi-unit management role of a people facing business) this aint your first rodeo. You can schedule, order supplies, recruit, train, and lead with the best of them.
• The right education - at least some college experience or degree required.
• Business Acumen - you are aware of the key metrics and drivers that help move a business forward. Bonus if you are privy to profit and loss statements and understand financials. Probably not an excel wizard, but know enough to be dangerous.

Heart -

• 
  You have a passion for developing people. You have led teams and know the difference between a manager and leader, and when to use both styles. You know that helping others up the ladder is key to your own success.
• You care about your customers and your peers. You strive for WOW service everyday in every way. You do not shy away from developing relationships aka you are not a commitment-phobe.
• You know how to find good people - You can recruit and connect with people in your business and community, always looking for the next person you can grow and develop.

Body -

• 
  You realize that being successful in a business means being physically present. You don't dwell in an office and shy away from developing relationships. No cave men and women here, you will be front and center at the gym.
• You are HIGHLY available. If your team or peers need you, you respond. No ghosting allowed here and not leaving anyone on read.
• You are passionate about growing a business and creating more opportunity for yourself and others. This shows in your body language, your leadership style, your whole demeanor.
