Front Desk Receptionist (part-time)

We are in need of an energetic and friendly individual to work with our guests and team members at Serenza Salon & Spa. This is a part time position that requires positive interaction at all times with guests and team members. Responsibilities include answering phones, booking appointments correctly, greeting guests, offering products and services to guests, keeping the salon/reception area tidy, accepting payments and balancing the till, as well as interacting with the entire team. Skills that are useful are computer, easy math and problem solving. This is an entry level position with 2-3 shifts per week at this time.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location:

Administrative Duties:

• Scheduling
• Stocking supplies
• Answering and routing phone calls
• Greeting visitors

Financial Duties:

• Processing payments
