We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and hardworking individual who has great customer service and attention to detail. Position entails answering phones, checking in/out patients, and supporting daily needs of the office. Applicants must love working in a positive healing environment.
Applicants must be able to work Monday 1:45-6:30, Tuesday 1:45-5:00, Wednesday 1:45-7:00, and Thursday 1:45-6:00. Some Daytime or Friday hours as needed to help cover staff time off.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)

Hours per week:

• 10-19

Setting:

• Medical

Administrative Duties:

• Scheduling
• Stocking supplies
• Sorting and sending mail
• Answering and routing phone calls
• Greeting visitors

Financial Duties:

• Processing payments
