Employment Type : Full-Time

  • Support the General Manager in monitoring all areas of restaurant operations to ensure safety, sanitation protocol, quality of food and customer service.
  • Demonstrate the ability to make good judgments and quick decisions by developing initiatives to build/maintain sales and increase profitability
  • Maintain outstanding restaurant execution and customer service throughout the restaurant - every shift.
  • Communicate with Managers, Team Members, Guests, Vendors and Concept Personnel for various needs
  • Select, train, develop, mentor, motivate, and counsel Team Members in a manner that builds and sustains a high-performance team and minimizes turnover.
  • Scheduling and Floor Management.
  • Address customer concerns when necessary

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • Leadership Experience: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Restaurant Experience: 3 years (Preferred)
