Seeking an entry level candidate to fill our full time customer service position. The role includes hands on training to fulfill our clients needs. Daily task would entail effectively communicating with clients to provide fast and first -class results to customers. Suggesting services to increase customer revenue and maintain client satisfaction.

Not only, this role requires a candidate who will provide positive customer service experiences that will reflect the encouragement of positive brand awareness.

Responsibilities;

• Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Generate sales leads
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers.
• Placement of customer orders.
