SCHEDULE: PRN/Per Diem
St. David’s Medical Center is a full-service medical center offering comprehensive medical care at three locations—St. David’s Medical Center, Heart Hospital of Austin and St. David’s Georgetown Hospital.
Performs complete, accurate nursing assessments on patients admitted into the Emergency Center
Plans and provides comprehensive nursing care during an assigned shift
Maintains current professional nursing knowledge and skills
Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned
License & Certifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Staff RN required
2+ years of nursing experience in a critical care unit and/or emergency department preferred
Current Texas Registered Nursing license required. If Compact State License, a Texas license is required within 90 days of hire.
Current BCLS certification required
Current ACLS certification required within 6 months of employment
CEN preferred
