East Campus Front Office Secretary/Health Clerk (Full-Time) needed ASAP
Monument Academy is seeking a Full-Time Front Office Secretary/Health Clerk for the East Campus to start as soon as possible for the current 21-22 school year. This individual will serve as a public relations/service-oriented point-person at the front office. They must maintain a welcoming office atmosphere, greet parents and visitors, answer the telephone, respond to or field questions in a courteous and professional manner, and support the nurse as needed.
Job Summary:
Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
Answering incoming phone calls and greeting parents and students in a professional manner
Maintaining up to date school records and student information
Recording, tracking, and maintaining student attendance
Performing a variety of office functions such as word processing, copying, distribution, and filing
Provide aid to students when nurse is absent
This is a full-time position ~ 36.5 hours per week with benefits. Monday-Thursday, 7:45am-3:45pm and Friday, 7:45am-2:45pm
Required to work summer hours from the end of May to the end of July when business office is open, approximately 30 days at 4 hours per day.
The health clerk assists the School Nurse with general health office duties.

Anticipated Salary and Benefits:
$14-$18/hour depending on education and experience.
