8+ years of overall IT experience 4+ years of experience working on Drools Rule engine

• Design and implement product features in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders

• Participate in an Agile/Scrum methodology to deliver high-quality software releases through Sprints

• Demonstrate broad and deep expertise in multiple computer languages and frameworks (e.g., open source).

• Design/Architect Drools Rule Base engines in a cloud based environment

• Work on Medium, Large, and Portfolio projects to complete Rules Development tasks, including providing required SDLC artifacts

• Identify improvement points in the project process and in the development tools/environment utilized for Rule Base development

• Excellent knowledge of current and future technologies and trends in rule base technology

• Need good communication and analytic skills .should be able to work/lead a small size team.

• Should know change management procedure.
