Achieve Rehab and Nursing Facility is a Skilled Nursing Facility seeking a part-time driver who is willing to transport residents to and from medical appointments. The Driver's schedule may vary based on weekly appointments so flexibility is important. Approximately 25 hours per week.

Requirements:

• Standard NYS class D Driver License required
• Clean driving record is required for this position
• CDL is NOT required
• Positive, friendly attitude
• Experience with elderly population is preferred
