Responsibilities

• Talk with managers and store owners to facilitate profitability

• Provide solutions for operational success pertaining to Metro by T-Mobile's standards and guidelines

• Reach daily and monthly sales goals

• Maintain focus on sales metrics (Big 5)

• Work hard to maintain the store’s reputation

• Daily travel to stores in West Michigan and Indiana

• Keep up to date on wireless and technology trends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000 - $45,000 yearly plus commission pay

Must have open availability and work nights, weekends, and holidays.
