Manuel's Mexican Food is looking for highly motivated individuals who have strong work ethic and thrive in a fast paced work environment. As a dishwasher at Manuel's, you would be expected to be able to perform the following tasks:
- Operate dishwashing machine to thoroughly clean dishes and food preparation equipment
- Follow safety regulations and procedures
- Maintain a clean work area and complete daily assigned sidework
- Operate a deep fryer and commercial mixer to prepare menu items
- Monitor chemical levels on dishwashing equipment to ensure efficient operation
- Efficiently manage time to ensure all required tasks are completed in allotted time
