To join this team, please have the following requirements:

• Minimum three (3) years’ experience as a Social Services Director in a long-term care setting strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree strongly preferred.
• Social Work license required; LCSW or LICSW strongly preferred.
• COVID-19 vaccination required.
