Overview USAP is seeking a dynamic, innovative, and strategic leader who guides all aspects of the Scheduling Team in alignment with the Vision, Goals and Strategy of the USAP North Texas (Dallas Fort Worth Area) practice. This individual will be tasked with analyzing the overall performance and efficiency of the Scheduling Team to provide recommendations to the Operations team and the Clinical Governance Board (CGB) for continuous improvement. The Scheduling Director is responsible for developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with all referral sources including Hospital and ASC Operating Room scheduling teams to support facility scheduling needs and Health System coverage commitments. Job Highlights The Director will also have responsibility for leadership and oversight of two Scheduling Team Leads who will manage a growing team of approximately twenty-five schedulers.
