Dataiku is looking for a Director of Sales Operations based in New-York (US-Remote also possible) to join our Global Sales Operations organization and support the Americas Sales Leaders and Sales team. Since the launch of our company, we have experienced healthy growth and steady market demand. In this role, you will:

  • Be responsible for the Sales Operation Americas cadence
  • Partner strongly with the SVP Sales, America to develop accurate forecasting and pipeline measures
  • Help drive sales rep performance, optimize territory, segmentation, sales capacity, and quota setting
  • Support cross-functional collaboration
  • Facilitate quarterly business reviews
